SOLERIS

Features

• Rapid, accurate detection of microorganisms in a wide range of samples, including food, beverages, dairy products, and more
• Results are available within hours, as opposed to traditional methods that can take days
• After inoculating the sample in the specially designed vial of SOLERIS and incubating it in the SOLERIS instrument, the optical sensor measures the color change of the indicator in the vial every 6 minutes to confirm the detection of microorganisms in real time.
• Rapid assay technology, based on the traditional media method, provides rapidity and selectivity, reducing detection time and minimizing analytical errors.

Advantages
1. Applied to confirm the presence of various groups of microorganisms
Detects microorganisms such as general bacteria, E. coli, E. coli, yeast and mold, lactic acid bacteria, intestinal bacteria, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, staphylococci, etc.

2. Specially designed vial
The vial consists of a liquid medium that helps the growth and recovery of specific microorganisms, and the part that the optical sensor measures is agar.

3. Quick result check
Test results are checked in real time as soon as microorganisms are detected and automatically saved on the PC.

4. Various sample methods available
Not only liquid samples, but also swabs, sponges, filters, etc. can be directly placed in the vial for culture and detection.

5. AOAC certified
Coliform test, Yeast & Mold test are certified by AOAC for more reliable results.

◈Soleris vial의 원리 및 실험 방법
How Soleris vials work
The color of the plague at the bottom of the vial changes due to the metabolic process of microorganisms.
The optical sensor measures this and detects microorganisms.
◈Soleris vial
Metabolism – Glycolysis – breaks down sugar to produce acid
Color change
Measures pH change due to microbial metabolism, not sample chemistry
Color change due to pH of the sample
Color change due to CO2 diffusion in the sample
Sample is in contact with agar plague, which is the moniroting zone in the vial
Types of vials with common indicators
TVC, Coliforms, Entero, E.coli, Staph
